Unfortunately eCrater's Matrix does not offer a means to select individual items for restricted shipping. Some items, due to excessive size and/or weight, we unfortunately may NOT be able to ship to AK or HI. Please note in the description of these items if this may be the case prior to placing an order.

If an item is ordered by mistake and you request a refund after purchase, we have a restocking & processing fee of 20%. If the item has not shipped yet, we will only charge the processing fee which varies upon the cost of the order. We unfortunately must do this due to a resent change in PayPal policy where they no longer refund us their processing fees. Returns will be at the customer's expense.
